Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source qualified IT professionals through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/CRM and collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong screening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
✔ 6 months to 3 years of hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
✔ Strong English communication skills.
✔ Willing to work from the Bangalore office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
