AC Technician (Hotel Industry)
Summary:
Experienced Air Conditioning Technician with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Skilled in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort and smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, chillers, split ACs, window units, and HVAC equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain temperature control systems across guest rooms, lobbies, and service areas.
- Handle refrigerants safely and follow environmental and safety regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering teams for room readiness.
- Respond quickly to guest complaints related to air conditioning issues.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
