We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective clients from provided data
- Explain property features, pricing, and location advantages
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Schedule meetings and site visits for sales managers
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred
- Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls
- Familiarity with CRM/software is an advantage
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Generate qualified leads for residential/commercial projects
- Explain project details, payment plans, and offers
- Coordinate with sales team for closures
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert inquiries into site visits
- Update lead status in CRM on a daily basis
- Achieve monthly lead generation and booking targets
Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Skills Required
- Excellent Hindi/Punjabi/English communication
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Experience in real estate telecalling preferred

- Good computer and CRM handling skills
Experience
- 1–3 years in real estate/BPO/sales telecalling.
