Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, develop, and implement business solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to meet business requirements.
- Build and automate workflows using Power Automate to optimize business processes.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, and other third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications and flows.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and user guides for developed solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and integration techniques.
- Proficiency in Power Fx formulas, JSON, and expressions within Power Automate.
- Familiarity with security roles, governance, and environment management in Power Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps pipelines.
- Background in SQL, C#, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
- Prior experience in enterprise-scale implementations of Power Platform solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
