Job Description
Job Purpose/Overview
Embarking on a major Digital & Business Transformation initiative which implies replacing existing ERPs with a new SAP ecosystem leveraging S/4 Hana.
You will be a key player in this journey as integrations will need to be built or rebuilt with modern approaches such as APIs, Events and process automation tools.
You will be leading a team responsible for the delivery of integration requests for the EOS program
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery :

Lead and manage vendor resources building & delivering the new integrations for the program. This includes resource planning and allocation, milestone & scope management, budget management and escalation/risk management.

Define, follow and improve relevant KPIs allowing to monitor delivery performance and code quality.
- Ensure process are respected and governance in place.

Pro-actively identify room for improvements in delivery process and lead the implementation.
- Help defining the best strategy to build and deploy the program in the markets.

Participate to workshops and be the voice of the team along with the team solution architects.

Engage with the integration CTO platform team to promote the platform and capabilities, share success stories, grow valuable use of the platform, and educate the vendor resources on best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement

Identify and maintain a network of key stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and/or consulted appropriately across both Business & IT. Ranging from Analyst to director level.

Understand the business opportunities for and its business segments, to present, propose and build innovative concepts

Promotes the capabilities of the platform and builds partnerships to support the various teams and functions in need of integration solutions
- The job is part of the EOS Integration team acting as a Center For Enablement.
- Team regroups solution architecture, engineering and delivery practices.
- It is accountable for overseeing the solution engineering of use cases for the EOS program.
- It achieves this through appropriate design and engineering disciplines, engaging & influencing stakeholders and drawing on a strong background/experience in the integration domains.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
Master of Sciences degree or equivalent in engineering field / IT / computer sciences / Management

Considerable direct experience in building, deploying and delivering integration solutions (APIs, events) in a complex, fast paced, multinational business – ideally CPG but not mandatory.

Integration technology experience and expertise (ideally with one or more of SAP BTP Integration suite, Solace, Azure integration services)

Experienced working with and leading 3rd Party/Outsourced partners

Excellent communication skills are critical in ensuring appropriate and effective communication with key stakeholders
