Ward Boy Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Ward Boy to assist in patient care and support hospital operations. The candidate will help nurses and doctors in maintaining patient comfort, and smooth functioning of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in shifting between rooms, OPD, therapy rooms, and diagnostic areas.
- Help patients with wheelchair or stretcher movement.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in wards and patient rooms.
- Change bed sheets and ensure patient beds are neat and comfortable.
- Support nursing staff in basic non-medical patient care.
- Assist in lifting or supporting patients when required.
- Ensure drinking water and basic needs are available for patients.
- Follow instructions from doctors, nurses, and management.
- Maintain discipline and professional behavior at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Physically fit and active.
- Basic communication skills
- Polite and patient-friendly attitude.
