Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Event Production Head with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end event production. The role involves planning, execution, vendor coordination, team management, and on-ground supervision to ensure flawless delivery of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end event production (corporate, live, exhibitions, weddings, etc.)
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors (audio-visual, stage, lighting, fabrication, artists, logistics)
- Lead on-ground production teams before and during events
- Handle site visits, technical planning, and setup supervision
- Troubleshoot issues during events and ensure smooth execution
- Ensure safety standards and quality benchmarks are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event production
- Strong knowledge of AV, stage setup, lighting, and event logistics
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
