Job Summary
The Club R Travel Studio is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, promoting travel products and services, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell travel packages, holiday plans, and related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle inquiries and provide travel solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
