- Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, chats, and emails
- Understand student needs, career goals, and educational background
- Explain course details, benefits, fee structure, and learning outcomes clearly
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Handle objections professionally and build trust with students
