– 7–12 years of sales experience, ideally in interiors, real estate, or construction
– A proven track record of closing high-value projects (₹50L and above)
– Strong network in Delhi NCR's developer, architect, and corporate leasing ecosystem
– Someone who takes ownership personally — not just manages process
– Owning the full sales funnel — from lead qualification to contract closure
– Building and leading a high-performance sales team across verticals (residential, commercial, hospitality)
– Developing partnerships with architects, PMCs, and developer networks
– Setting monthly revenue targets and driving accountability on pipeline metrics
– Working directly with the founding team on strategy, pricing, and market positioning
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
