HR Branch Coordinator
About the Organization: The Well-known NGO is a leading animal welfare NGO working across Maharashtra to rescue, treat, rehabilitate, and protect animals in need. Our branches operate animal hospitals, rescue units, and community programs with dedicated on-field teams.
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Branch Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the operations of our Maharashtra branches. The role involves close coordination with branch incharges, supporting daily operations, manpower planning, staff training, and resolving operational and hospital-related queries. Opportunity to work at a state-level coordination role .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Branch In-Charges across Maharashtra for smooth day-to-day operations
- Monitor and support daily branch operational activities, including NGO animal hospitals and rescue units
- Track manpower strength branch-wise and share regular updates with HR Operations
- Assist HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of field and hospital staff
- Act as a point of contact for branch-wise operational and hospital-related queries, including: o Animal treatment and welfare process coordination o On-field staff operational challenges
- Provide on-field training and operational guidance to staff as required
- Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations, compliance, and staff performance
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed uniformly across branches
- Prepare and submit operational reports and updates to the HR Operations Head
- Support emergency operations and inter-branch coordination when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Work, Veterinary Sciences, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NGO operations, or field coordination
- Strong understanding of animal hospital operations and field rescue work Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple branches and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra
- Hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Basic computer skills for reporting and coordination (Excel, email, WhatsApp, MIS tools)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
