Chip-Level Repairing / Hardware Security Programmer
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chip-level diagnosis and repair of electronic PCBs and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and replace SMD components, ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, and other components.
- Work with programmers, EEPROM/Flash memory, BIOS, and embedded controllers.
- Perform firmware reading, writing, flashing, backup, and recovery where authorized.
- Diagnose hardware faults using multimeter, oscilloscope, DC power supply, microscope, and other repair equipment.
- Handle security-related hardware and firmware troubleshooting in compliance with company policies.
- Work on VDP/electronic security-related boards and systems, as applicable.
- Maintain repair records and document faults, testing procedures, and solutions.
- Ensure repaired boards pass functional and quality testing before delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electronics and PCB circuits.
- Hands-on experience in chip-level PCB repair.
- Knowledge of SMD soldering and rework.
- Experience with EEPROM/Flash/BIOS programmers and firmware tools.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and datasheets.
- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of electronic security systems or VDP-related hardware is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
