We are seeking a professional, organized, and personable Front Office Receptionist to join our growing real estate team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with the sales team
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain documentation
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
