Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions to address their pain points.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, and excellent time management skills.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
