Job Summary:
Evolvere Facades Private Limited is looking for an experienced Facade Designer for its Pune office. The candidate should have strong experience in facade design, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and coordination with execution teams. The role requires sound technical knowledge of facade systems and the ability to deliver accurate and timely design outputs for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare concept, shop, fabrication, and as-built drawings.
Handle detailing for curtain wall, structural glazing, spider glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, and related facade systems.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, site teams, and clients.
Review architectural and structural drawings for design development.
Prepare BOQ, material take-off, and design-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and execution requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facade design.
Strong command of AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and related tools preferred.
Good understanding of facade systems, technical detailing, and project coordination.
B.E., B.Tech, or relevant field experience.
Immediate joiner preferred.
