We are looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer who can ensure seamless on-site execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on construction site experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring project progress, and delivering projects within the planned timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution:
- Supervise daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Resolve on-site technical issues with practical engineering solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain construction quality.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth communication between the project management team and site workforce.
- Schedule and monitor subcontractor activities to avoid delays.
Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to construction quality standards and company SOPs.
- Verify material quality before usage at the site.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain quality records.
- Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports.
- Track project timelines and update management on progress.
- Assist in project planning and resource allocation.
- Coordinate manpower deployment based on project requirements.
Material Management
- Estimate material requirements for ongoing activities.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material deliveries.
- Maintain material stock records at the site.
Measurement & Billing
- Take site measurements accurately.
- Verify contractor work quantities.
- Assist in preparation and verification of contractor bills.
- Maintain measurement books and work completion records.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Conduct routine safety inspections.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Report any safety incidents immediately.
Documentation
- Maintain site registers and documentation.
- Record daily site progress.
- Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Report), WPR (Weekly Progress Report), and site reports.
- Maintain drawings, approvals, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.
- Strong understanding of RCC, finishing works, masonry, waterproofing, and site execution processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in premium residential, villa, apartment, or commercial construction projects.
- Exposure to contractor management and client coordination.
- Experience in finishing and interior coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
