The Boys Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall supervision, safety, discipline, well-being, academic support, and day-to-day administration of the boys’ hostel. The Warden will ensure that hostel rules and school policies are strictly followed and that students live in a safe, disciplined, healthy, and supportive environment.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a boys' hostel, residential school, boarding school, or student welfare role will be preferred.
- Experience in handling adolescents and maintaining discipline will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
The Boys Hostel Warden is expected to be available on the hostel premises as per the residential duty schedule and remain accessible for student supervision, emergencies, and other hostel-related requirements, including weekends and holidays when assigned.
