About the Role
Arena Animation Jalandhar is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales with proven experience in selling vocational, professional, or career-oriented courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counseling, communication, and conversion skills, with a passion for helping students build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate admissions through effective counseling and sales strategies.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to achieve admission targets.
- Conduct career counseling sessions for students and parents.
- Promote vocational and professional courses in Animation, VFX, Gaming, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, and related fields.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational partners.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and career guidance events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in educational sales, preferably vocational/course sales.
- Strong track record of achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to counsel students and parents effectively.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
