Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Academic Counsellor who has previously worked in schools, colleges, universities, or coaching institutes. The candidate will be responsible for handling and converting student enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns for our educational clients. The role requires strong counselling skills, admission experience, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads generated through social media, Google Ads, and website enquiries
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career scope, and admission process
- Clearly explain course details, fee structure, and institutional benefits
- Follow up regularly with prospective students to ensure admission conversion
- Coordinate with respective educational institutions when required
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM on a daily basis
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience as an Academic / Admission Counsellor in an educational institute (Mandatory)
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in admissions and lead conversion
- Comfortable handling digital leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
