About the Role
Bandma is looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our sales team. This role is open to candidates across experience levels — from those with a couple of years in inside/B2B sales to senior professionals with extensive sales background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating leads, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through order closure. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to work closely with the broader sales team to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and other outreach efforts.
- Prepare accurate price quotations and follow up consistently with customers to move deals forward.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth and timely order closures.
- Maintain and update CRM records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
- Track sales targets and share regular performance updates with management.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–15 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Telesales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Experience in industrial products or the packaging industry is preferred.
