CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development (40%)
Identify and profile potential corporate clients across target sectors (Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Ecommerce).
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via structured cold calling, targeted email sequences, and professional social networking.
Secure qualified business meetings and product demonstration slots with key stakeholders. B. Client Engagement & Solution Pitching (40%)
Conduct initial discovery calls to map out prospective client workflows and pain points. Articulate the value proposition of our ERP solution effectively, tailoring the pitch to the specific industry framework of the client.
Coordinate with the technical pre-sales team to schedule and set up product demonstrations. C. CRM & Pipeline Administration (20%)
Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, call logs, and deal stages in the company CRM ([Insert CRM Name, e.g., HubSpot/Zoho]).
Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports on pipeline status and lead conversion metrics to the Sales Head.
Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
