Job Responsibilities:
candidates with experience in industrial construction will be preferred first
Preference will be given to industrial construction engineer experience first
and then to commercial construction experience
1. Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera (P6).
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and update schedules regularly.
- Coordinate with site teams to align execution with planned milestones.
- Identify delays or risks and propose mitigation strategies.
2. Billing & Cost Control:
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills based on work progress (RA bills, final bills).
- Verify quantities and rates as per contract and BOQ.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors for material reconciliation and billing accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills for payment.
3. Budgeting & Estimation:
- Assist in project cost estimation and budget preparation.
- Monitor expenditure against budgets and report variances.
- Support procurement in tracking costs of materials and labor.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain all billing records, measurement books (MB), and supporting documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project documentation standards.
5. Coordination & Communication:
- Interface between project management, site execution teams, and clients.
- Attend project review meetings and provide data-driven inputs.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for timely drawing approvals and clarifications.
6. Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure all billing and planning activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and contractual verification.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
