Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth communication with clients. The candidate will pay a key role in handling leads, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM data.
Manage leads and coordinate with sales team.
Ensure timely response to clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Track customer feedback and improve experience.
Requirements:
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS office/CRM tools)
Ability to handle calls and client coordination.
Organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales, or client Realtions.
Experience in the automoblie, electric vehicle, automotive, or related industry is preferred.
Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and build long-term relationships.
