Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Supervise and motivate the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
Key Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
✅ Experience in a laptop, electronics, or IT retail store will be preferred.
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Excellent customer handling and sales abilities.
✅ Knowledge of inventory management, billing, merchandising, and daily store operations.
✅ Target-oriented with good communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
