We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced English Faculty member to teach students of Grades 11 and 12 under the ISC curriculum. The candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop critical thinking, language proficiency, and literary appreciation among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language and Literature to Grades 11 & 12 (ISC Board).
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with ISC curriculum requirements.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions using interactive teaching methodologies.
- Guide students in grammar, writing skills, comprehension, and literature analysis.
- Prepare students for board examinations through regular assessments, assignments, and revision sessions.
- Evaluate answer sheets, projects, and internal assessments in a timely manner.
- Maintain student performance records and provide academic feedback to parents and management.
- Encourage reading habits, communication skills, and creative expression among students.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, workshops, and academic planning activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) with B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in ISC/ICSE curriculum.
- Strong command over English language and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience in board exam preparation will be an added advantage.
