Job Summary
An Equity Dealer is responsible for executing buy and sell orders in the stock market on behalf of clients or the company. The role involves monitoring market trends, providing trading support, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity, derivatives, and other market trades accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor live market movements, stock performance, and trading volumes.
- Provide trading recommendations and market updates to clients.
- Handle client orders through trading platforms and terminals.
- Maintain records of transactions and client portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with stock exchange and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with research analysts and relationship managers.
- Generate brokerage revenue through active client trading.
- Resolve client trading queries and operational issues.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of stock markets and trading platforms.
- Knowledge of NSE/BSE operations and market regulations.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Communication and client-handling ability.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving markets.
- Familiarity with technical analysis and market trends.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Certifications such as NISM/NCFM are often preferred.
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in stock broking/trading.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
