We are hiring skilled and experienced professionals for immediate employment in Poland.Open Trades
- MIG/MAG Welders
- TIG / MIG-MAG Welders
- Fitters with Welding Skills
- Fabrication / Mechanical / Technical Trades
Eligibility
- Age: Below 35 years
- Education: ITI, Vocational, or Technical certification in Welding, Fitting, Mechanical, Fabrication, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the respective trade.
- Skills: Good practical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings (preferred).
- Requirement: Must be willing to relocate and pass a mandatory practical skill assessment before final selection.
Salary & Benefits
- Probation (First 6 months): ₹75,000 net per month.
- Post-Probation: ₹1,20,000 net per month (as per employment terms).
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
