The Sourcing Manager is responsible for generating qualified leads, developing business through channel partners, and sourcing prospective customers for real estate projects. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with brokers and channel partners, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and source leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Organize and conduct channel partner meetings, events, and property presentations.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to facilitate site visits and customer meetings.
- Track lead conversions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sourcing targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures with channel partners where applicable.
- Prepare sourcing reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Build and expand the company's channel partner network across target markets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
