We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee site execution and inter-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between structural requirements and MEP services to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination: Act as the primary link between the Site Execution, Structural, and MEP teams to resolve technical conflicts.
Structural Oversight: Supervise RCC works and ensure structural integrity aligns with approved drawings.
Project Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, timelines, and progress trackers.
Technical Integration: Ensure MEP services are accurately integrated within the civil and structural framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, specifically in RCC structures and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
Execution: Proven experience in managing site execution teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
Reporting: Ability to generate concise, data-driven daily and weekly project reports.

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on structural safety and quality standards.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
