Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and culturally aware Social Media Manager to join the Soul+ team full-time, in-office at Nagpur.
This role is for someone who understands content beyond just posting — someone who can think strategically, write compelling copy, build community, and create a strong digital presence for the brand. Strong content writing and communication skills are a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the social media strategy across Instagram and other digital platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, launches, and brand goals
- Write engaging captions, hooks, carousel copy, reel text, and story content
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team for content execution
- Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual consistency across platforms
- Track trends, audience behavior, and content performance
- Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and audience interaction
- Assist in campaign ideation and content brainstorming
Requirements
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills are mandatory
- Good understanding of Instagram, reels, internet culture, and social media trends
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and creatively
- Experience in social media management is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, culture, and community-driven brands is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Ability to write both minimal and campaign-driven content
- Understanding of storytelling and brand communication
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta tools, or scheduling platforms
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining brand direction
