Job Title: Child Development Care Consultant (CDC)
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced Child Development Care Consultant (CDC) to join our team. The ideal candidate should haveat least 1 year of experience in child care or child development-related work and must have good knowledge of handling and taking care of children in a school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Observe children’s behaviour and development.
- Help identify developmental delays or learning difficulties early.
- Guide teachers and parents on child care and behaviour management.
- Support emotional, social, language, and physical development.
- Suggest activities suitable for a child’s age.
- Help create a safe and nurturing environment for kids.
Work with children who may have:
- Speech delays.
- Behavioural issues.
- Attention difficulties.
- Locial or emotional challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in child care, preschool, school, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, responsibility, and a caring attitude towards children.
- Basic knowledge of child development and child handling.
- Ability to work well with students, teachers, and parents.
Preferred Qualities:
- Dedicated and trustworthy.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Passion for working with children.
