Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaigns
- Develop performance marketing strategies and monthly campaign plans
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Suggest improvements to landing pages to increase conversion rates
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign analytics
- Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
- Understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels
- Strong research and campaign planning skills
