Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com / BBA / BA)
- OR
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or ElectronicsExperience
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in:
- Cable industry
- Electrical products
- FMCG sales/distribution
- will have an added advantage
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- English + Hindi + Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada/Telugu preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence in meeting customers and handling field work
Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Promote Belcab products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and integrators
- Generate new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Dealer & Distributor Support
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor relationships
- Support stock movement and product availability
Market Expansion
- Travel across Kerala and nearby South Indian states
- Expand Belcab presence in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Order & Payment Coordination
- Coordinate orders and deliveries
- Follow up with customers regarding payments and billing
Market Feedback
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Share customer feedback with management
Reporting
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports
- Maintain CRM updates regularly
Job Requirements
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred
- Target-oriented mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹1.5 Lakhs – ₹2 Lakhs per annum
