We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage end-to-end electrical project execution. You will be responsible for everything from initial shop drawings and approvals to the final testing, commissioning, and successful handover of the electrical network. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to seamlessly coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of onsite electrical works adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and secure approvals for all electrical shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
- Resource Planning: Manage manpower, materials, and equipment scheduling to ensure optimum site productivity.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate with the civil team, vendors, clients, consultants, and external agencies.
- Testing & Commissioning: Oversee the complete testing, commissioning, and formal handover of the electrical network and site.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in the same profile (Electrical site execution/project management).
- Joining: Must be ready to join immediately or within a very short notice period.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
