We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Factory Production In-Charge to oversee and manage production operations in our interior design manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure timely production of furniture, modular units, and interior components while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory production activities.
* Coordinate with the design and project teams to understand production requirements and timelines.
* Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
* Maintain strict quality control standards for all manufactured items.
* Supervise carpentry, modular furniture, polishing, and finishing work.
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
* Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
* Train and guide factory workers and supervisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* 3–7 years of experience in factory production, preferably in interior or furniture manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of materials like wood, laminates, veneers, hardware, etc.
* Good leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
* Familiarity with production planning tools or ERP systems.
