## Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Solar Project Engineer to oversee the execution and coordination of solar projects from installation to commissioning. The role focuses on site execution, project monitoring, team coordination, quality control, testing, commissioning, and ensuring projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
## Key Responsibilities
### Project Execution & Coordination
* Coordinate and monitor solar project execution activities at site.
* Ensure timely completion of projects as per approved schedules.
* Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.
* Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
* Conduct site visits and monitor day-to-day execution activities.
### Site Supervision
* Supervise installation of module mounting structures, solar modules, inverters, and associated electrical works.
* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
* Monitor site productivity, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
* Resolve day-to-day site execution challenges and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
### Testing & Commissioning
* Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
* Ensure proper inspection and quality checks before project handover.
* Support commissioning teams and maintain testing records.
* Ensure all project punch points are closed before handover.
### Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain DPRs, site reports, installation records, and project documentation.
* Prepare progress reports and update project status trackers.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and closure.

## Qualification
* 2–5 years of experience in Solar Project Execution or Solar EPC Projects.
## Preferred Candidate
* Experience in rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects.
* Strong project coordination and site management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely project completion.
* Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
