Job description
Role & responsibilities :
- Accurately enter and manage invoices into the accounting system.
- Verify and cross-check invoice details for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records and documents.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
- Support basic data management tasks and administrative duties as needed.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in data entry or invoice management (preferred).
- Certificate in Data Entry Operator will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of invoices, billing, and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data entry software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
