Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Officer to lead the acquisition of business clients for the GRRO app. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business clients for the GRRO app
- Present and demonstrate the app to business owners and decision-makers
- Drive sales through field visits, meetings, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably app sales / B2B / field sales)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in marketing, SaaS, or app-based products is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam + English preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling digital products or marketing services
- Good understanding of local business markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
