Job Description:
We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Process Associate – US Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions related to credit checks, insurance support, and upselling services through inbound and outbound calls.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with credit check and insurance-related support
- Upsell relevant products/services based on customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in fixed night shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in international voice process/BPO preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
