Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to study visa, tourist visa, and immigration services.
- Explain company services to prospective clients and generate walk-ins.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
- Update and manage client details in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with counselors for appointment scheduling.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller in an immigration consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Strong convincing and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of study visa processes (UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
- Comfortable working with targets and under pressure.
