### **Role Overview**
The **Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Strategy** will lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of high-impact sales and business strategies across the organization’s premium real estate portfolio. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing sales velocity, and maximizing profitability through data-driven market intelligence, sophisticated pricing structures, and channel performance enhancement.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between high-level corporate vision and ground-level execution, driving cross-functional collaboration to scale operations efficiently.
### **Key Responsibilities**
#### **1. Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth**
* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive annual, project-wise, and long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
* Define and monitor ambitious sales targets, absorption plans, revenue forecasts, and innovative launch strategies for premium projects.
* Provide strategic direction to executive leadership, establishing benchmarks for sustainable growth and market expansion.
#### **2. Market Intelligence & Portfolio Dynamics**
* Direct in-depth market research and predictive analytics on micro-market trends, real estate inventory movement, regulatory shifts, and competitor movements.
* Anticipate market shifts and formulate proactive, agile counter-strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Identify and evaluate high-potential geographies and new business development opportunities.
#### **3. Pricing, Product & Revenue Management**
* Architect sophisticated pricing frameworks, discounting matrices, and inventory release strategies to maximize overall profit margins and sales momentum.
* Collaborate closely with CRM, Sales, and Finance to manage premium pricing strategies and evaluate the commercial viability of promotional schemes.
* Assess product configurations and project performance, providing strategic feedback to the product development team based on customer demand analytics.
#### **4. Advanced Sales Performance & Analytics**
* Oversee the end-to-end sales funnel, critical conversions, channel partner productivity, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization.
* Develop, implement, and track advanced corporate dashboards and management information systems (MIS) to report directly to executive leadership.
* Drive operational excellence by removing pipeline bottlenecks and re-engineering sales processes.
#### **5. Ecosystem & Partner Alliances**
* Formulate strategic incentive structures, engagement frameworks, and expansion plans for the channel partner and institutional sales ecosystem.
* Partner with the Marketing team to elevate digital and offline campaign Return on Investment (ROI), ensuring high-quality lead generation.
### **Required Qualifications & Experience**
* **Education:** MBA / PGDM from a premier business school (focus on Strategy, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
* **Experience:** 10–14 years of robust experience in real estate strategy, business consulting, corporate planning, or high-end business analytics (with proven experience operating at a senior management level).
* **Industry Domain:** Deep expertise in premium residential real estate lifecycles, micro-market dynamics, and pricing frameworks.
* **Core Competencies:** Exceptional financial modeling skills, sharp commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strong executive presentation skills.
