Role Overview
The Manager – Corporate Sales will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding corporate partnerships for Merago Health. The role focuses on developing strategic alliances with insurance brokers, TPAs, and corporate organizations, while leading initiatives such as medical camps and wellness programs to strengthen market presence and generate sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare or hospital sales, corporate/B2B sales, and relationship management within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new insurance brokers, TPAs, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition through corporate partnerships.
- Generate leads for health camps, wellness initiatives, and preventive healthcare programs.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure revenue growth.
Corporate Partnerships & Tie-Ups
- Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, admin heads, and corporate decision-makers.
- Negotiate agreements, pricing structures, and service offerings with corporates and brokers.
- Drive long-term engagement and repeat business from corporate accounts.
Broker & TPA Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with insurance brokers and TPAs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and engagement meetings to improve referrals and service satisfaction.
Medical Camp Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute health camps, screening drives, and awareness programs in collaboration with corporate clients.
- Coordinate with operations, clinical, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
Performance & Target Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective measures where required.
- Present pipeline updates and business insights to leadership.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for new corporate healthcare collaborations.
- Provide insights to improve service offerings and market positioning.

- Achievement of revenue targets
- Number and quality of corporate tie-ups
- Expansion and engagement of broker & TPA network
- Conversion rate from medical camps to paid corporate clients

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience Requirements
- Up to 5 years of experience in hospital sales or corporate/B2B healthcare sales
- Proven experience managing brokers, TPAs, and corporate clients
- Experience organizing medical camps, wellness programs, or healthcare outreach initiatives is an added advantage

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
