- Simulator Training: Guide students through computerized driving simulator sessions.
- Progress Tracking: Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback after each lesson.
- Vehicle Care: Keep the training vehicle clean, fueled, and scheduled for routine service checks.
Requirements and Skills
- License: Hold a valid, clean permanent four-wheeler driving license for 2 to 5 years.
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass qualification.
- Soft Skills: Show extreme patience, clear communication, and a calm demeanor during high-stress traffic situations.
- Certification: Complete internal Maruti Suzuki instructor training and certification protocols.
