About the Internship
Awake India is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Web Developer Intern who is eager to learn, build modern websites, and grow with our team. This is a 100% remote internship, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.
Successful interns will be offered a full-time position based on their performance after completing the internship.
Stipend & Career Growth
- Internship Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
- Full-Time Opportunity: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Performance-Based)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites.
- Build and customize websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Develop and manage websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
- Fix bugs and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatible.
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools whenever required.
- Update website content and maintain security standards.
- Work closely with the development team and report daily progress.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Basic knowledge of React.js (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL is an added advantage.
- Experience with WordPress development is preferred.
- Understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- BCA / MCA
- Recent graduates are welcome
- Students in their final year may also apply
Salary After Internship: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Performance)
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
