- Lead Management - Manage lead creation, allocation, and tracking in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper status updates.
- Customer Coordination - Communicate with customers for requirements, follow-ups, and feedback while maintaining good relationships.
- Data Management - Maintain accurate customer data, lead status, and activity records in the CRM system.
- Follow-up & Conversion Support - Coordinate with the sales team for regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and closures.
- Reporting & MIS - Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status for management review.
- Complaint Handling - Handle customer queries and complaints by coordinating with concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Internal Coordination - Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Documentation - Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and order updates in CRM.
Experience:
