We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage customer follow-ups, recover outstanding payments, and maintain healthy cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on pending payments (calls/emails)Handle overdue & delinquent accounts
Maintain collection records & reports
Negotiate payment plans
Ensure compliance with policies
Requirements:
Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)1–3 years in collections
(Payday/NBFC/Fintech preferred)Strong communication & negotiation skills
Location: NSP, Pitampura Delhi
Salary: Depends on Interviews
