About the role
Nestvest is a SEBI-registered, goal-based investing platform that helps parents plan for their children's dreams. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who owns our presence end to end, strategy, calendar, publishing, and design, and who can turn a warm, trustworthy brand voice into content parents actually save and share. You'll work inside a regulated space, so this role blends creative ambition with real compliance discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Own the social strategy and monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, aligned to Nestvest's brand and acquisition goals.
- Design on-brand creatives (carousels, static posts, story frames) within the established design system, palette, and typography.
- Write and edit copy in Nestvest's voice: warm, parent-first, dream-led, never return-promising.
- Manage the end-to-end publishing workflow, scheduling, community management, and DMs/comments response.
- Brief and coordinate with the video editor on reels and podcast clips.
- Run influencer, UGC and creator coordination within compliance limits.
- Track performance, report weekly, and iterate based on what's working.
- Ensure every piece of paid or promotional content goes through the required BASL/SEBI approval before it goes live.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Audience growth: month-on-month growth in followers and reach across priority channels against agreed targets.
- Engagement quality: engagement rate and saves/shares on educational content (not just vanity likes).
- Content velocity & consistency: calendar adherence, agreed number of posts/reels shipped on time each month.
- Acquisition contribution: social-driven traffic to app/waitlist and assisted sign-ups, tracked via UTMs.
- Design output & brand consistency: volume of on-brand creatives produced in-house, reducing external design dependency.
- Compliance adherence: zero non-approved promotional posts published; 100% of ad creative pre-cleared per SEBI/BASL.
Requirements
- 3–5 years managing social media for a brand or agency, with a portfolio of both strategy and shipped creative.
- Strong graphic design skills, fluent in Canva, Figma and/or the Adobe suite and able to work within an existing design system.
- Excellent copywriting in English (Hinglish sensibility a plus), with a genuine feel for tone.
- Comfort with analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics) and reporting.
- Bonus: experience in fintech, finance, parenting, or any regulated/consumer category; understanding of SEBI/BASL or willingness to learn it fast.
- Bonus: has run influencer campaigns or UGC series.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
