Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and confident Front Desk Executive to handle incoming enquiries and manage front office operations at Hostelwala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to enquiry leads and explain hostel facilities
- Handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries
- Maintain enquiry and admission records
- Follow up with students and parents
- Coordinate with marketing and operations team
- Maintain proper front desk discipline and documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Smart, presentable and polite behavior
- Freshers can apply
Preferred:
- Experience in telecalling / front desk
- Immediate joiner preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
