We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new IT business opportunities across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients through freelance portals (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and Guru), company websites, LinkedIn, and direct B2B and B2C outreach.
You will connect with decision-makers, understand their technical requirements, and pitch tailored IT solutions including web development, mobile apps, software, cloud services, and digital marketing. Key activities include crafting winning proposals, bidding on projects, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, and closing deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
The role demands strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the IT services landscape, and proven experience with social selling on LinkedIn. You should be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and skilled at building long-term client relationships across global markets.
Experience with CRM tools, cold email campaigns, and a track record of consistent target achievement will be a strong advantage.
