Job Summary
The Process Coordinator is responsible for supporting and improving operating activities and manufacturing/service processes. This role ensures that workflows are efficient, documentation is accurate, and coordination across departments is smooth, resulting in timely execution and high service standards.
Job Responsibility
- Coordinate with sales team and HO to streamline daily operations and processes
- Identify process gaps and ensure timely updates, improvements, and documentation
- Maintain and update workflows, trackers, and process records accurately
- Act as a point of contact between sales team and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all enquiries and assigned tasks until closure
- Manage escalations and ensure proper resolution
- Maintain and update master data, sales reports, and client database
- Ensure all communication (calls, emails, Whats App) is clear, timely, and documented
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and Google Sheets
- Participate in team meetings and share updates on progress
- Identify issues and implement practical solutions for process improvement
- Audit and track tasks (including Doers tasks) as required
- Take complete ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision
Qualification & Skills Required
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in coordination/process management roles
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Strong data management and reporting ability
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and process-driven approach
